COURSE OVERVIEW

Launching in January 2010, it is now possible to acquire a highly sought after qualification over 12 months while you work.

This Diploma in culinary studies is delivered part time at Prue Leith Chefs Studio. The course offers classic French training in hot, cold and pastry kitchens and specialist subjects finance and kitchen management. There are no wine studies in this course and the practical experience is gained by preparing lunches and dinners for 12 guests at the chefs table, which is in The Chefs Studio.

City&Guilds IVQ in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts (7065) are written alongside our examinations so the student can achieve national framework qualifications. The lecturing team are all specialists in their fields and deliver this highly sought after qualification with passion and dedication.
