With 13 years experience in culinary training, Prue Leith Chefs Academy offers this full time and thorough course to prepare you for an entry level position into a career as a pastry chef. The course offers classic French training and modern techniques as well as financial studies to better understand making a profit from pastry items.
It is an intensive course, from a theoretical and practical point of view which starts at the basics and progresses to advanced techniques. The advantages of full time study are unequivocal to part time as in order to be successful in any profession where your hands are your skill, daily practice is paramount. The course is long enough to develop confidence and skills and short enough for the student to move into employment directly after completion of the course.
