The Prue Leith Chefs Studio, located in Centurion, Gauteng, is a modern professional kitchen dedicated to training professional chefs to further their skills and inspiring the hobby cook to create cuisines in their homes of the highest standard. To this end, the studio runs short courses ranging from half days to four days, with considerable emphasis on hands on practical experience and vital knowledge.
It is very important to us that our professionals and hobby cook graduates work with only the finest possible ingredients, have the most informed instruction and the highest quality equipment.
The kitchen is stocked for 12 students and we are perfectly set up to offer corporate lunches, dinners, birthday parties and dinner clubs who are looking for a new way to build teams, from deconstructive cuisine to chocolate to preparing beautiful worldly cuisine for mere enjoyment.
