WHO SHOULD ENROL?
Sugarcraft enthusiasts and culinary students.
This course is designed for those looking to develop their skills in cake decorating and sugar craft. It is suited to those who would like to begin a new business or for culinary students who would like to develop their pastry skills. On completion of this course candidates can further their specialist studies by enrolling for the Advanced Certificate in Sugar Craft.
