Certificate in Sugarcraft
This course is designed for those looking to develop their skills in cake decorating and sugarcraft. The qualification is suited to those who would like to begin a new business or for culinary students who would like to develop their pastry skills.
Cost

Fees Include:
Tuition fees, curriculum notes, equipment pack, 1 x kg Persipan, 5 x kg sugar paste
Does NOT include ingredients for the fruit cake and sponge cake or any cake design items, i.e. ribbons, or additional design elements that the candidate wishes to add to their cakes.
Dress Code – General Public
We require that you wear closed non-slip shoes to avoid slipping.You do not need to wear a chef’s jacket, however, you will need to purchase one of our aprons at a cost of R150.00. This will be included in the invoice of the cost of the course. The apron will be given to you on the morning of your first class. For hygienic reasons we would like to request the following: hair tied up, no make-up, short nails and no jewellery.
