It is now possible to acquire a highly sought after qualification over 12 months while you work.
This Diploma in Culinary Arts is delivered part time at the Academy. The course offers classic French training in hot, cold and pastry kitchens, and specialist subjects – finance and kitchen management.
This course is aimed at those who are already working in the industry and have a degree of kitchen discipline, but wish to further their skills, or for those who wish to make the move into a career as a chef.
This is a professional chef’s course and will not suite hobby cooks.
City & Guilds IVQ in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts are written alongside our examinations so that the student can achieve national framework recognition. The lecturing team are specialists in their fields and deliver this highly sought after qualification with passion and dedication.
