With 16 years experience in culinary training, Prue Leith Chefs Academy offers this full time intensive course to prepare you for a career as a professional chef. The course offers classic French training in hot, cold and pastry kitchens and specialist subjects: Pan African cuisine, Spice Route studies, Finance and Kitchen Management. One of the Cape Wine Masters, offers the Cape Wine Academy Course.

It is an intensive course, from a theoretical and practical point of view. Our onsite restaurant is rated in the top 100 in South Africa and is also the platform for practical experience for the student.

City & Guilds examinations are written alongside our internal examinations so that the student can achieve national framework qualifications which allow for easier travel work experiences.
