Method
- Stir all of the ingredients for the sorbet together until well blended.
- Pour sorbet mixture into chosen Silikomart mould, freeze until icicles form.
- Insert lollipop sticks into the centre of the semi - frozen sorbet.
- Place back in the freezer to freeze completely.
- Serve ice cold.
Any citrus fruit juice can be substituted for the lemon juice.
