| 4 | Strawberries, washed and hulled | 200g |

Method
- In a saucepan combine the sugar, water and lemon juice; bring the mixture to a boil.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let the syrup cool completely
- Puree the strawberries
- Add 59ml of the syrup.
- Taste the mixture and if necessary add more syrup.
- Pour sorbet mixture into chosen Silikomart mould, freeze until icicles form
- Insert lollipop sticks into the centre of the semi - frozen sorbet
- Place back in the freezer to freeze completely.
- Serve ice cold
Any berry or soft fruit can be substituted for strawberries.
