Do you want to learn about exotic cuisines by tasting them, asking the chef questions and not cooking them yourself? Prue Leith`s restaurant would like to introduce a monthly feast from exotic lands called - The Long Table.
These evenings will be limited to 30 guests in our restaurant at Prue Leith Chefs Academy.
Ishvara, our Kitchens of the World lecturer will be preparing the authentic meals with the help of our 2nd Commis students. He will also introduce you to each dish with regards to the ingredients used and share his culinary experiences from his travels.

- Sole,chermoula, brioche
- Watermelon cocktail with crushed ice,vodka, dash of rose and mint
- Moroccan bread basket
- Carrot and cumin Salad
- Lamb tagine with dates
- Chicken Tagine with preserved lemon and olives
- Seven vegetable tagine
- Couscous
- Kneffa - warka pastry layered with almond cream and drizzzled with rose syrup
