This is not a new find, but one that we feel we must share as those of you who have not been, are missing out. Brian and Jo Dick are two of the most passionate supporters of South African cheese and ingredients and their shop and restaurant are an absolute pleasure to visit. They stock mainly South African artisan cheeses from all over the country: Tulbagh and the Midlands to Haenertsburg – if there is a new good cheese out there Jo and Brian will find it. Also in stock are quality oils, preserves and all accompaniments that a cheeseboard might need.
Prue Leith teams up with Cheese Gourmet in May when Jo and Brian will host our South African Cheese evening on 12 May.
