Sweet ending to the Sugar Craft course
The first semester’s sugar craft course ended this month with an impressive display of the student’s hard work. Creativity abound cakes were shaped like handbags or decorated with sugar dragons roses, lilies and sandals, but it is the high level of skill with perfect piping and silky smooth covering that had fellow students in awe.
Lecturer Thelma Lockheart says she was concerned that she might have pushed the class a bit hard, but with such good end results she was very proud. The next sugar craft course starts on July 18th 2011.
