What’s news at Prue Leith – Cheese Celebration
Our last restaurant month for the semester will be filled with a few of our favourite things – cheese, especially South African cheese and Southern Italian food.
As we can’t all go down to Cape Town for the annual cheese festival (end of April) we thought we’d have our own celebration. Clear your calendar for 12 May and join us in sampling the best artisan cheeses South Africa has to offer, including our own province’s beautiful goat’s cheeses.
Cheese gurus Jo and Brian Dick from Cheese Gourmet in Linden will be hosting the evening, guiding us through the history, flavour and complexities of our cheese industry.
