A week later we officially say goodbye to summer with a Southern Italian dinner on 19 May.
Exploring the simplicity of Italian flavour and the importance of quality ingredients we will be cooking a traditional meal highlighting the cuisine from regions such as Naples and Capri under the careful guidance of Italian food and culture specialist Pietro D’Alessio.
Expect tomato in all its glorious forms paired with pasta, buffalo mozzarella, sea bass and rabbit. Olives, capers, olive oil, limoncello and espresso – the evening is guaranteed to be a flavour festival.
