Odette Schuld (Student HR & Marketing)
Odette joined the Team at Prue Leith in December 2010. Odette has been in the hospitality industry for the last 9 years and has experience both in kitchens and in the front of house. Odette is passionate about the industry and strives to grow and support the people around her.
Odette’s responsibilities range from enrollment administration and all other student admin requirements, management of the student archive, third semester practical placements and marketing the Prue Leith group.
Odette is also the designated City&Guilds Examination Secretary.
