Anthony Roberts has studied a Bachelor of Commerce through Unisa, but has in essence been in the Hospitality Industry for the past 15years. Gaining experience and knowledge through some of the brightest stars in the international and local industries. Having owned and operated restaurants and hotels for many years, his position at the Academy is the perfect fit.

As Operations Director at Prue Leith, the buck ultimately stops here. From Orientation to Graduation, and all the various aspects of the Academy business in between. Anthony Says "It is my role within The Group as a whole to pull departments together, drive new initiatives, deal with the daily operations of The Group, and ensure the smooth running of what I believe to be one of the most dynamic and successful businesses of it's kind in South Africa."
