Anthony Roberts has studied a Bachelor of Commerce through Unisa, but has in essence been in the Hospitality Industry for the past 15years. Gaining experience and knowledge through some of the brightest stars in the international and local industries.
Nicki Jordaan joined the team at Prue Leith in May 2007. Nicki is our Academy Secretary and deals with all general administrative duties and the daily operations of The Academy reception, as well as managing the offsite student house facility.
Karen joined the team at Prue Leith in March 2009. Karen has a long history in the hospitality industry, and thoroughly understands its workings. Karen is responsible for enrollment administration, and amongst other things.
Sonja joined the team at Prue Leith in November 2007. Sonja is responsible for the bookkeeping duties of the Prue Leith Group. She is also in charge of all student accounts both past and present.
