The Academy has a demonstration kitchen with twenty fully equipped work stations for indoor cooking as well as a lapa for outdoor and potjiekos teambuilding.

Prue Leith Chefs Academy offer team building activities in the kitchen to help optimize the productivity, effectiveness and overall wellbeing of your team. Together everyone achieves miracles.
Groups are welcome to bring their own facilitators along to build in activities that are pertinent to their company and requests for additional ideas are welcome.

Venue 2 - Prue Leith Chefs Studio
The Chef Studio includes a small lecture facility and a spacious industrial kitchen with a large wooden kitchen table to sample teambuilding results around.
TEAMBUILDING • OPTIONS
Option 1 - Kitchens of the World
Delegates are divided into groups. Each group will prepare part of a feast from a region around the world delivered by Ishvara who is well travelled and passionate about all subjects related to food and culture.
Option 2 - Potjiekos Teambuilding
Too many cooks won’t spoil this broth, unless there is stirring! Teams work together to produce their own potjies while getting to know each other in true South African style, around the fire.
Option 3 - Wine & Poetry Evening
If your teambuilding is more about getting to know fellow colleagues then this one is for you. The success of the Wine and Poetry Evening will depend largely on your delegates participation, so we appeal to companies to ask each delegate to bring along their favourite poems, be they famous or infamous, funny or sad, long or short.
Option 4 - Method Cap Classic Sparkling Wine & Dessert Evening
Another relaxing and slightly different way to strengthen teams is over dessert. Allow our impeccable pastry department to serve six beautifully crafted desserts paired with wine, in small portions of course.
