  • Course Outline

    • Theory behind bread baking and how the main ingredients work together.
    • Producing and shaping a variety of classic bread including:
      • Quick seed bread
      • Enriched bread rolls
      • Brioche
      • French Country Loaf
      • Pizza
      • Focaccia

  • Dress Code

    You will be working in a professional kitchen, so bring an apron/chef’s jacket, comfortable shoes and keep jewellery and make-up to a minimum and hair tied back.
