    Cinnamon, ginger and allspice, the aroma of Christmas is in the air! This course will focus on all the traditional baked delights (other than biscuits) enjoyed during Christmas, from traditional fruit cake to panettone, stollen and magical mince pies.

  • Dress Code

    You will be working in a professional kitchen, so wear comfortable shoes and keep jewellery and make-up to a minimum with hair tied back.
