    There is no better place to celebrate Easter with family and friends than around the lunch or dinner table. This course will focus on all the baked delights enjoyed during Easter, from Hot cross buns to Simnel cake and teach you how to decorate cakes and biscuits with an Easter theme.

    • Themes and flavours of Easter.
    • Traditional Easter bakes: Hot cross buns & Simnel cake.
    • Decorating large cakes for Easter.
    • Decorating cupcakes for Easter.
    • Flooded biscuits for Easter – decorating an Easter tree.

  • Dress Code

    You will be working in a professional kitchen, so wear your apron, comfortable shoes and keep jewelry and make-up to a minimum with hair tied back.
