    The limitations of a Coeliac, gluten intolerant or gluten-free by choice diet make baking delicious breads, cakes and biscuits in particular a challenge. In this course, we will introduce you to the gluten-free alternatives and teach you how to turn them into delicious bakes.

  • Dress Code

    You will be working in a professional kitchen, so wear comfortable shoes, keep jewellery and make-up to a minimum, and your hair tied back.
