Declining dinner invitations because you fear the abundance of the family feast will derail your healthy eating plan? Celebration meals don’t have to ruin good habits. This course will show you that entertaining does not have to mean a “cheat day” it can be a healthy, festive, and flavourful meal. The recipes in this course are all either low or no sugar, reduced fat and vegetable-forward.
* Prue Leith Culinary Institute and its staff are not health or nutrition practitioners, and do not promote specific diets, we rather offer delicious recipes for people who have been advised to follow certain diets. Where we do refer to health recommendations we follow the guidelines of the World Health Organization.

You will be working in a professional kitchen, so wear comfortable shoes and keep jewellery and make-up to a minimum and your hair tied back. An apron will be preferable.
