    To launch our online New African Courses we are offering a free online lecture on New African Cuisine with Dr. Anna Trapido, renowned food anthropologist and author and Chef Coco Fathi Reinarhz, acclaimed Burundian chef and restauranteur. Dr. Trapido and Chef Coco co-authored To the Banquetting House: African Cuisine an Epic Journey, a book we regard as one of the first New African Cuisine texts.
