    • How to prepare whole bird for roasting
    • How to portion a chicken, duck and quail
    • Deboning a whole chicken and making a roulade
    • Deboning and stuffing quail
    • Basic poultry cooking techniques

  • Dress Code

    You will be working in a professional kitchen, so bring an apron/chef’s jacket, comfortable shoes and keep jewellery and make-up to a minimum and hair tied back.
