Prue Leith Culinary Institute’s “Meet Your Pastry Kitchen” Cooking course will ensure that the novice becomes a confident baker and patissier by learning the professional tricks of the trade. The course combines short theory sessions, with lots of hands-on baking in a professional kitchen, guided by Prue Leith pastry chefs and instructors.
People who love the sweet side of life and want to learn the foundations of the pastry kitchen from professionals. Ons Professional chefs, looking to hone their patisserie skills. This course will also be a good taster for those considering a professional cooking career before taking the big step and enrolling for full-time study in culinary arts.
