The Grande Diploma in Culinary Studies and Wine is an intensive 18 month full time course that prepares graduates for a career as a professional chef. The Diploma in Culinary studies is a 12 month part time course and covers all aspects of food preparation, presentation and financial management but does not include any wine studies.
The Diploma in patisserie is a full time 4 month course and graduates of this course are qualified to find entry level positions as pastry chefs.
