Open Days and Evenings

Deciding on a career or a career change is very exciting, but at the same time, it can be unnerving. There are many factors to consider – not only the costs, course, and establishment to study with but also the details of the career itself. That is why we recommend thorough research, which includes attending our Open Days or Evenings.

Prue Leith Open Days and Evenings are aimed at supporting prospective students in their decisions and include a tour of our campus, a presentation on food as a career, the Prue Leith Culinary Institute, and the courses that we offer. Open Day attendees are treated to our well-known hospitality and also have an opportunity to talk to current students.

Attending an Open Day is the ideal opportunity to meet our lecturing team and staff and to have one-on-one discussions about food as a career.
