Our seasonal menus celebrate local South African flavours applied to classic kitchen techniques and are designed by our experienced chef team. The menu is executed and served by hands in training – students completing their first workplace experience. Sustainable cooking is at the forefront of our training and all preparations in our restaurant are made from scratch – some even sourced from the Prue Leith herb and vegetable gardens.
