The Academy is renowned for its eighteen month long Diploma Course, but the group has now added another division, Prue Leith Chef’s Studio, where you can sign on to take a number of different cookery lessons. One of these short courses of cookery lessons will demonstrate skills that will teach you how to make bread even when you have a busy schedule. They will teach you how to use different flours and how to enhance your loaf of bread with different flavours to suit the occasion. This short course includes the theory of bread making, including the understanding of how the various ingredients in bread work.
