Since opening our doors to students in 1997, our academy has been the start of a successful career for many aspiring chefs who have gone on to work in famous kitchens around the world. Our full time curriculum is designed with a unique combination of both theoretical and practical training to ensure that our students are fully equipped for a career in a fine restaurant. All of our students are supplied with top quality ingredients to cook with, allowing them to experiment with various textures and flavours.

Our onsite restaurant, Prue Leith’s, was voted as one of the top 100 restaurants in South Africa. It is our students who do all the cooking which makes us extremely proud to have bookings made well in advance from diners both locally and abroad, to guarantee themselves some fine dining in Pretoria.
