  • Course Outline

    • Theory behind tarts – different pastries & fillings.
    • Producing a variety of classic & modern tarts including:
    • Pastries:
      • Pâté Brisee
      • Cheese Pastry
      • Pâté Sucree
    • Fillings:
      • Quiche – custards with creative flavour combinations
      • Bechamel enriched savoury tarts
      • Chocolate Tart
      • Classic Tart Bordaloue
      • Crème patisserie and fruit tarts

  • Dress Code

    You will be working in a professional kitchen, so bring an apron/chef’s jacket, comfortable shoes and keep jewellery and make-up to a minimum and hair tied back.
