    Cinnamon, ginger and allspice, the aroma of Christmas is in the air! This course will focus on all the traditional baked delights enjoyed during Christmas, from traditional fruit cakes to panettone, stollen and magical mince pies.

  • Dress Code

    You will be working in a professional kitchen, so wear your apron, comfortable shoes and keep jewelry and make-up to a minimum with hair tied back.
