From lebkuchen, ginger biscuits and beautifully decorated sugar biscuits for the tree, this course will be packed with flavour and technique make sure your tins are stocked and that you have plenty of edible gifts ready.

  • Dress Code

    You will be working in a professional kitchen, so wear comfortable shoes and keep jewellery and make-up to a minimum with hair tied back.
