    • What is sustainability all about and how to make ethical fish choices?
    • Different types of fish and how to fabricate them.
    • Fish flavour pairings and perfect accompaniments.
    • Basic cooking methods for fish, from steaming to batters and frying.

  • Dress Code

    You will be working in a professional kitchen, so bring an apron/chef’s jacket, comfortable shoes and keep jewellery and make-up to a minimum and hair tied back.
