    • The meringue and its use in macaroons.
    • The basic techniques used to make a classic macaroon.
    • Mastering the art of “macronage” the key step to successful macaroons.
    • Perfecting your piping technique.
    • Baking macarons successfully at home.
    • Preparation of classic fillings
    • Demonstration and preparation of three different macaroon
    • Demonstration of a macaroon entremet

  • Dress Code

    You will be working in a professional kitchen, so wear comfortable shoes and keep jewelry and make-up to a minimum and hair tied back. An apron will be preferable.
