    • The basic techniques used to make a classic macaron.
    • Mastering the art of “macronage” the key step to successful macarons.
    • Perfecting your piping technique.
    • Baking macarons successfully at home.
    • Preparation of classic fillings
    • Demonstration and preparation of three different macaron
    • Demonstration of a macaron entremet

  • Dress Code

    You will be working in a professional kitchen, so wear comfortable shoes and keep jewellery and make-up to a minimum and hair tied back. An apron will be preferable.
