Prue Leith Chefs Academy’s new “Meet Your Kitchen” Cooking course will ensure that the novice becomes a confident cook and that the confident cooks not only hone their skills, but also learn the professional tricks of the trade. The course combines short theory sessions, with lots of hands on cooking in a professional kitchen, guided by Prue Leith restaurant chefs and instructors.
Who Should Attend?
People who love food and want to learn the foundations of the kitchen from professionals. This course will also be a good taster for those considering a professional cooking career before taking the big step and enrolling for full-time study in the field of culinary arts.
