    Buckwheat blinis with trout, crème fraiche and roe; Upside down tomato tarts; Watermelon and cured ham

    Textures of tomatoes, strawberries and lemon with steamed prawns 

    Main Course (please confirm your choice of main course when booking)
    Seared salmon, basil and ricotta ravioli, pomegranate roasted beetroot, basil pesto and lemon beurre blanc
    Ginger roasted duck breast, fondant potatoes, buttered asparagus, roasted figs, and salted butter caramel jus

    Dark chocolate tart with raspberries and homemade vanilla ice-cream

    • Dishes will be demonstrated and then couples will prepare a meal for two. (Some items might be pre-prepared to assist with timing)

  • Dress Code

    You will be working in a professional kitchen, so wear comfortable shoes and keep jewelry and make-up to a minimum and hair tied back.
