Prue Leith Catering, part of the Prue Leith Group, was started in 2005 and operates out of a state of the art 200m² industrial kitchen in Centurion, some 2½ kms from the Prue Leith Chefs’ Academy. The catering team is an enthusiastic group of professional chefs making superior and original food by using a mixture of seasonal, fresh and local produce. The team is creative and doesn’t mind using fresh flavours. Being based in Centurion they can offer catering delivery to Pretoria, Johannesburg and indeed to all of the surrounding areas. By mixing fashionable and original food with the use of expert, skilled and passionate staff, they create a truly unforgettable experience at every event they cater for, no matter how big or small. Catering delivery to anywhere in the Gauteng region is absolutely no problem.

Prue Leith Catering has recently become the sole company making catering delivery to the superb new venue of Her Majesty’s in Kyalami, and continues to be the favoured catering delivery company at the breath-taking Summer Place in Hyde Park. This catering company’s range of clientele includes such names as Thabo Mbeki, Sidney Poitier and many of the JSE’s top 40 companies. The company is extremely versatile, and will cater for any type of occasion from a small intimate dinner party for two to a grand dinner such as a State Banquet.
