Since opening our doors in 1997, we believe that it is our dedication to our core values and our expertise that has made us, and our students, so sought after in the culinary industry.

We understand that in order to prepare our students for a career as a top chef, we need to provide them with five star ingredients so that they may become familiar with high quality tastes and textures. All of our lecturers are experts in their individual fields and our curriculum is constantly monitored to ensure that it remains inline with the industry’s requirements. All of our courses are fully inclusive, covering both the theoretical and practical sides of working in a kitchen. Unlike other catering schools in the country, our in depth finance module is delivered directly to our student by a Chartered Accountant. We also leave it up to our students to impress the diners in our onsite restaurant, Prue Leith’s, which was also voted as one of the top restaurants in the country.

With all of these factors playing an important part in our school, it comes as no surprise that ‘Prue Leith graduates only’ advertisements are a regular appearance in the classifieds. Many of our students have also gone on to work in famous restaurants around the world under chefs like the Roux brothers and Gordon Ramsay.
