The Prue Leith Group was started in 1996, while the Prue Leith Chefs Academy, previously known as the Prue Leith College of Food and Wine, opened it’s doors to students in January 1997. We are extremely proud of our reputation as one of the country’s top chefs training institution. Our course material is constantly monitored to ensure that we develop with the industry, keeping our students highly sought after. One of our proudest achievements is the regular appearances of ‘Prue Leith graduates only‘ job adverts in the classifieds. Many of our students have gone on to start a successful cooking career in highly acclaimed kitchens around the world in restaurants owned by celebrity chefs like Gordon Ramsay.

Our onsite restaurant Prue Leith’s is where our students gain their practical experience under the watchful eyes of our professional chefs. It is up to our students to impress our diners with their newly acquired cooking skills, whipping up dishes that are both visually tantalizing and deliciously tasty too. Voted as one of the country’s top 100 restaurants, we often has us receiving bookings well in advance from both locals and travellers from all over the world.
