The Prue Leith Chefs Academy has had the honour of being rated by many of South Africa’s top chefs as the finest culinary school in the country. Another key aspect that separates our culinary school from the rest is the fact that our fully equipped demonstration kitchen is on the same site as the award winning Leith’s Restaurant, which offers fine dining food served in an intimate atmosphere. This affords our students the opportunity to hone their skills which have been taught to them in demonstrations.
