Students at the academy are provided with only the finest ingredients to experiment with. This allows them to become familiar with high quality tastes and textures to prepare them for a career in a high end restaurant. Unlike many other culinary schools our curriculum is constantly monitored so that our standards of education are kept up to date and inline with industry requirements. This ensures that our students remain sought after on both a local and international level. One of our proudest accolades is the regular appearance of ‘Prue Leith graduates only’ job adverts in the classifieds. Our onsite demonstration kitchen and restaurant, Prue Leith’s, allows our students to get some hands-on experience in a real working kitchen and was even voted as one of the top 100 restaurants in the country.
As well as our full time course we also offer a range of part time classes for food enthusiasts. These range form bread making and butchery training to mastering various chocolate techniques and dinner party menus. All of our courses are delivered by lecturers who are experts in their individual fields.
