Though Prue Leith’s Restaurant is actually a fine dining training restaurant for students from the acclaimed Prue Leith Chef’s Academy it is not promoted as such. The restaurant received it’s Blaizon from the Chaine Des Rotisseurs on the basis of its excellent cuisine and service and for being a fine dining establishment of high acclaim.
Prue Leith’s Restaurant has a freshness, charm and grace few fine dining establishments can imitate. The restaurant seats 50 people and has a private function room for gatherings like parties, conferences or small weddings. Smokers are also catered for at this fine dining restaurant. A balcony is available from where they can smoke while overlooking the 7500 square meter premises of Prue Leith.
The fine dining menu is superb and changes constantly. Students are responsible for setting up the menu and preparing and presenting the food – under the watchful eyes of professional chefs.
Prue Leith is open for dinner Wednesdays to Sundays from 19h00 till 23h00. Since it is such a popular fine dining restaurant bookings are essential. The restaurant closes for business from early June to mid-July and again from December to mid-January when students have recess.
