Pastry Courses

Students studying on a full time basis are trained in the classic French methods of hot and cold food, pastries, traditional Pan African cuisine and even do a course on Cape Wines. Students are also delivered a finance and kitchen management module by Chartered Accountants, making us the only chefs training institution to do so in the country. Part time cooking classes such as our pastry courses cover a range of dishes and are ideal for food enthusiasts. During our pastry and baking course you will be given the option of learning how to make either muffins, French tarts, decadent chocolate desserts, Parisian macaroons, gourmet cupcakes or Choux Pastry.

If however you would like to learn how to master a signature dish of your very own, our dinner party menus cooking classes offer the ideal solution. This course consists of four options consist of a choice of either vegetarian, fish, chicken or beef. With each option you will learn how to make a full three course meal as well as a canapé, and receive a complimentary glass of wine with each course. The various classes start at different times however, whichever you decide to do you are sure to have a tasty experience.
