Baking Courses

Our baking courses in particular are ideal for both bread and pastry lovers who will learn to make a number of breads, desserts and cupcakes, to name but a few.

Our bread baking courses include two options. The first is our Basic Course which is an introduction into a century old tradition, covering the theory of bread making and ingredients, the straight dough method bread, the sponge method bread and the quick bread. Our Enriched Doughs Course is the second option and covers brioche, challah and dinner rolls in it’s content. Both courses are delivered by Chef Lorraine Meaney who, in both courses, will demonstrate three different popular breads and the necessary shaping skills required to bake them perfectly in your very own home.

Our cooking courses include our Dinner Party Menus option where our chef will demonstrate how to perfect a three course meal as well as a canapé. All students attending receive a complimentary glass of wine with each course. Our Kitchens of the World course on the other hand will have you cooking up traditional menus in no time from Sicilian dishes to Moghul feasts.
