Baking School

Our baking school courses cover a range of options. Our Pastry and Baking classes will teach you to make either muffins, French tarts, decadent chocolate desserts, Parisian macaroons, gourmet cupcakes or Choux pastry. If your personal taste is more of a savoury flavour, we also offer a Bread Making course which will have you baking the perfect loaves in no time. Then, once you have finished the basic beginners course and perfected your Roman flat bread you may even opt to go on and do our Enriched Doughs class where you will learn the shaping skills required to make brioche, challah and dinner rolls.

If however you would like to learn how to create a signature dish of your own, our range of cooking classes offer the perfect solution. Our Dinner Party Menus course consists of four options which includes a choice of either vegetarian, fish, chicken or beef. With each option you will learn how to make a full three course meal as well as a canapé, with a complimentary glass of wine to enjoy with each course. Our Kitchens of the World course will have you cooking up traditional feasts true to their origin, including a range of Sicilian, Moghul and Maghreb dishes.
