Baking Pastry Schools

At the school, all of our students are presented with a wealth of both practical and theoretical knowledge. In order to remain one of the more highly ranked baking and pastry schools, we supply our students with only the best ingredients available to experiment with. Our students also cover everything from basic and advanced cooking techniques to the financial aspects of a working kitchen. As part of our full time curriculum, students undergo a business module delivered directly by a professional Chartered Accountant, making us the only chefs school of our kind to do so in the country. The module covers menu costings, profit percentages, stock management and also require students to team up and put together a business plan of which many have gone on to successfully implement after graduating.

Full time students are able to practice their newly acquired cooking skills in our fully equipped demonstration kitchen and onsite restaurant, Prue Leiths. Here it is our students duty to impress the diners under the watchful eyes of our professional chefs.
