School of Culinary Art

Since officially opening our doors in 1997 as a school of culinary art, many of our students have gone on to work in famous kitchens around the world for chefs like Gordon Ramsay, the Roux brothers and Jamie Oliver. Students are supplied with only the finest local and international ingredients available so that they may become familiar with various tastes and textures. Our students are also given the opportunity to put their skills to the test in our fully equipped demonstration kitchen and onsite restaurant, Prue Leith’s. Voted as one of the top 100 restaurants in the country it is our students who are left to impress our diners under the watchful eyes of our professional chefs. We often receive reservations well in advance from individuals looking to secure their table at our fine dining restaurant.

We are constantly monitoring our course material to ensure that we remain up to date with the industry’s requirements as we believe it is very important for us to develop with the times, keeping our students highly sought after. We also offer a range of part time cooking courses for food enthusiasts looking to master a signature dish of their won.
