Catering College

Our catering college offers a high quality curriculum delivered with only the highest quality of ingredients. From Iranian caviar to French frog’s legs and Italian truffles, we believe that in order to prepare our students for a career in a top kitchen, we need to familiarise them with five star tastes and textures. Another important area that we train our full time students in is the financial running’s of  a working kitchen. Our kitchen management module demonstrates to our students the importance of effective stock management, menu costings and the calculating of profit percentages. We are also the only catering college in the country where this module is delivered to our students by professional Chartered Accountants themselves. Students are also able to put their newly learned skills to the test in our onsite demonstration kitchen come restaurant, Prue Leith’s.

Our college also offers a wide variety of part time day and evening courses, ideal for food lovers and enthusiasts. From perfecting a three course meal to baking a well rounded Roman flat bread, our classes offer something for everyone.
