Catering Courses

We offer a handful of courses for food enthusiasts that will have you impressing your guests and yourself in no time.

Our dinner party menu catering courses consists of four options, they are vegetarian, fish, chicken and meat. Whichever course you choose, you will be taught how to create a tasty canapé, scrumptious starter, mouth-watering main and delicious dessert. Each course is three hours long and includes a glass of wine for each course. The content of every course varies between choice of dish. Some of the dishes you can expect when selecting the fish option are a melon and parma ham canapé followed by a salad of crisp greens, pickled mushroom, lardoons and mustard dressing starter. The main meal includes seared line fish, prawn, mint and pea risotto and lemon beurre blanc, finished with vanilla and milk chocolate panna cotta with almond tuile for dessert.
