We are highly acclaimed in the culinary industry for our high standards of education and are constantly monitoring our course material to ensure that it remains up to date and inline with what the rest of the industry has to offer.
In our students first semester they cover the hospitality aspects of working in a professional kitchen. Unlike many other hospitality courses our students Service Curriculum helps them realise how important it is for a restaurants front of house to run as perfectly as its kitchen, in order to ensure its success. There are five modules included in the service curriculum, they are; Hospitality and Service, Restaurant Set Up and Operations, Alcoholic Beverages, Glassware and Flatware, Tea and Coffee and Leadership. The aim of the modules is to demonstrate to students how to carry out a high quality, professional service that will not only have a positive influence on their guests but will also maintain a good relationship with them.
Our courses are delivered by professional lecturers who are specialists in their individual fields and we are also the only chefs training institution in the country to have our finance module delivered to our students directly by Chartered Accountants. We offer a range of other part time and evening cooking classes for aspiring chefs and food enthusiasts alike to enjoy.
